Age Range Sliders
You can narrow the age range for samples based on Age at Sampling, Age at Diagnosis, and Age at Onset.
Note: For any samples where the corresponding data were not provided, the samples will be removed from the displayed lines.
Seeing Familial Relationship Among Lines
When a sample has another family member available within the collection, the family icon (shown right) will be displayed.
Displaying Available Clinical Data
Clicking on the Show Clinical icon (shown right) will reveal the available clinical data for that sample. The complete clinical data sets are available for download here.
Column Visibility and Exporting Data
For any displayed set of lines based on the filters selected, you can export the data to a variety of formats including .csv (comma-separated values), .xlsx (Excel file format), and PDF. Or simply copy the displayed data to the clipboard. There are many additional columns available beyond what are displayed when the default page loads. You can toggle on or off individual columns for display using the Column visibility drop-down. Any columns set to visible will also be exported as described above.
Adding items to Cart
Clicking on any row will add that line to your cart. The selected row will be highlighted to indicate it has been selected and the corresponding line will appear in the cart information near the top of the page.
You can remove samples from the cart by either clicking the remove icon or clicking on the highlighted item in the table to deselect it.
Note: For some lines, there are more than one clone available. You can select either available clone (or both) by checking the box adjacent to the letter. These individual clones from the same donor were processed in parallel.
Completing and Placing the Order
When you have added all desired items to the cart and are ready to complete the order, click the Order Selected Items button.
Your selected items, along with the desired quantity, will be transferred to the CIRM order form. Because the terms for purchase require a non-negotiable Material Transfer Agreement and commercial organizations also require a license, the order form initiates the purchase process but does not process payment. After all lines and purchase information have been submitted, FCDI Customer Support will verify any required documentation and contact you to complete the purchase process.
